responsibilities:
develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
lead a team of 1012 members, driving lead generation, regular site visits, and successful closures.
support the team in achieving individual and collective sales targets.
ensure the team delivers at least 3x of its total cost as net revenue.
build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively addressing needs and improving satisfaction.
monitor client activity, identify opportunities, and ensure high-quality service.
prepare and present sales reports, insights, and recommendations to the leadership team.

requirements:
bachelors degree in a business-related field (masters degree is an advantage).
minimum 12 years of proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
