Job Description

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales and marketing executive to join our coaching institute team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, promoting courses, building strong brand awareness, and achieving sales targets through both online and offline channels.

key responsibilities: sales:

1. drive student enrollment through direct counseling, calls, and lead follow-ups.

2. convert inquiries into admissions through consultative selling and relationship management.

3. develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and school/college representatives.

4. meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.

5. prepare and present detailed course information to potential students and parents.

marketing:

1. plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & online) to promote the institute’s courses and programs.

2. collaborate with digital marketing teams for running social media ads, email campaigns, and seo/sem activities.

3. coordinate with schools, colleges, and local education centers for conducting seminars, workshops, and awareness programs.

4. assist in developing brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.

5. monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

requirements:

1. bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

2. proven experience in sales or marketing (preferably in the education or edtech sector).

3. strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

4. ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

5. basic understanding of digital marketing and crm tools is a plus.

6. local language proficiency (in addition to english) is desirable.

1. good interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

2. confident and persuasive personality.

3. strong organizational and planning abilities.

4. willingness to travel locally for field activities or events.
