� drive end-to-end sales of properties using warm leads from our crm

� conduct impactful site visits with qualified buyers

� negotiate and close deals with confidence

� consistently achieve weekly targets for site visits & closures

� build lasting relationships – become a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson

� excellent communication in english, hindi, malayalam, kannada, tamil

� strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship skills
