develop and execute sales strategies for residential projects, including channel partner management and site sales.
oversee lead conversion, customer negotiations, and closure of high-value deals.
coordinate with marketing and crm teams to optimize lead flow, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
track sales performance, prepare mis reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews for management.
ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to booking and handover.
monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
