Job Description

We are hiring a Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations of our laundry outlet. The role involves walk-in customer handling, sales, telecalling during non-peak hours, and complete store responsibility. Candidate must be proactive and willing to take ownership of store performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and convert walk-in customers

- Do telecalling to existing customers and leads

- Upsell laundry & dry-cleaning services

- Manage daily store operations independently

- Coordinate pickups and deliveries

- Ensure billing accuracy and service quality

- Maintain basic sales and calling records

Required Skills

- Experience in retail / service businesses (laundry, salon, showroom, gym, etc.)
