Tenant ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all tenants.Handle tenant onboarding, documentation, and move-in/move-out processes.Address tenant queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.Maintain a professional relationship with tenants to ensure long-term occupancy.2. Lease Management & RenewalsMaintain records of all lease agreements and expiry dates.Initiate renewal discussions with tenants before lease expiration.Negotiate renewals in alignment with market rental rates.Ensure all agreements, PDCs, and security deposits are properly documented.3. Monitor property maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination. Ensure properties remain well maintained and operational at all times.
