Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Real Estate & Property Operations Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties. The role involves handling rental operations, tenant relations, legal documentation, property maintenance, and overall asset management.
The manager will also supervise operations of our premium farmhouse property Casa Serene, ensuring smooth guest experience and efficient property upkeep.
This role requires someone organized, trustworthy, and capable of independently managing multiple real estate assets.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of all owned properties.
• Monitor property maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure properties remain well maintained and operational at all times.
• Conduct periodic inspections of residential, commercial, and hospitality properties.
Rental & Lease Management
• Manage tenant onboarding, screening, and communication.
• Prepare and maintain lease agreements, rent agreements, and renewals.
• Track rental payments and ensure timely rent collection.
• Maintain a record of rental income, deposits, and property documentation.
Legal & Documentation
• Maintain organized records of:
• Lease agreements
• Property ownership documents
• Tenant contracts
• Utility and maintenance bills
• Coordinate with lawyers for agreements and legal documentation.
Financial Tracking
• Maintain monthly records of:
• Rental income
• Property expenses
• Maintenance costs
• Provide simple financial summaries and reports to the owner.
Farmhouse & Hospitality Operations
• Oversee management of Casa Serene farmhouse bookings and property readiness.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance staff, and vendors.
• Ensure guests receive a high-quality experience.
• Assist in improving property presentation and guest satisfaction.
Vendor & Staff Coordination
• Manage vendors such as electricians, plumbers, gardeners, cleaners, and contractors.
• Negotiate service costs when required.
• Supervise staff working across different properties.
Operational Improvements
• Suggest improvements in property interiors, landscaping, and functionality.
• Assist in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of properties where required.
