Procurement Support: Assist the purchasing manager by assessing company needs, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and tracking orders from placement to receipt. Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, identify purchasing needs, and work with warehouse staff to ensure accurate inventory and product condition. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze vendor offers, prepare cost analyses, and maintain an up-to-date understanding of pricing. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, contracts, and supplier details in internal databases. Cost Optimization: Proactively search for cost-saving opportunities and contribute to strategies that keep the company competitive.

Responsible to release purchase orders on daily basis after proper analysis of compatitive quotations. In scientific company. Chemical and Glassware and other Lab products.

Manage the purchasing process including the buying, selling and distributions aspects of the company. Review new project proposals for the company. Communicate with the marketing and sales team to effect working strategies. Analyze existing purchasing processes for performance.
