Purchase Manager 12th Pass Jobs in Jaipur

We are looking for a Purchase Manager to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, pricing negotiations, and timely procurement of hardware and kitchen products. The ideal candidate should understand product quality, specifications, and market pricing, with the ability to control costs and maintain reliable stock availability.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesSource and purchase kitchen sinks, faucets, hardware, sanitaryware, accessories, and related products.Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers.Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.Plan purchases based on sales requirements, stock levels, and product demand.Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory.Verify product specifications, materials, finishes, packaging, and quality before purchase.Resolve supplier issues related to damaged products, quality defects, shortages, and delayed deliveries.Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor details, price comparisons, and procurement reports.Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice verification and supplier payments.Monitor market prices and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs while maintaining quality.Required Skills and Qualifications2-5 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.Experience in hardware and kitchen products is required; sanitaryware experience is an added advantage.Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.Working knowledge of MS Excel and purchase or inventory management software.Ability to manage multiple suppliers, meet deadlines, and work independently.Graduate in any discipline preferred.

BASIC ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE LIKE SALE & PURCHASE ENTRY WITH ORDERS , BANK RECONCILIATION , JOURNAL ENTRIES AND ALSO BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT OFFICE.
