1. Project Coordination: - Assisting the Country Director in overseeing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project delivery.2. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of project activities, outcomes, and evaluations.- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project progress and impact.3. Impact Analysis: - Analyse data to assess the effectiveness of programs.- Develop practical strategies for continuous improvement based on findings.4. Monitoring and Evaluation: - Conduct regular site visits to project locations along with Director to monitor progress.- Collect feedback from Project teams, beneficiaries & stakeholders for project assessments.5. Communication: - Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and community members.- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to share project updates.6.
