Programme Manager (Work Integrated Programmes)

• Overall organizing, planning, developing and implementation of Work Integrated Skill- Based Higher Education Programme (WISE), Apprenticeship Embedded Development Program (AEDP) and Regular Programme of the University.

• Ensuring the numbers of enrolment and sustainability in each programme and be responsible for program quality, and embed quality processes into the program from the outset.

• Plan the overall program from end-to-end. Monitor and report progress.

• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.

• Report overall program status to the steering group at regular intervals and on an ad-hoc basis.

• Identifying opportunities that are worth channelling team efforts to help in the achievement of a series of projects.

• Working closely with the communication and management team to increase program awareness among the different stakeholders.
