Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate action to control the risks.2. Monitor the program activities on a regular basis and conduct an annual evaluation according to the program evaluation framework.3. Performs supplementary tasks as requested by the National Director.4. Provide support and assistance in any other 18+Program oriented tasks.Skill Set required Good leadership skills.
