Manage child rights project through field visits, project review meetings, and regular correspondence with the partners for timely and efficient implementation of the project activities. Conduct fact findings , ensure timely legal intervention and its regular follow up in cases of violence and discrimination against children, Prepare case brief , press note and press releases Conduct trainings on child rights perspectives and legal framework, and provide timely guidance to the partners and defenders Engage with media and organize meetings with stakeholders for contributing towards Zero Discrimination Campaign in School Education at state and national level in India. Represent the organisation in other child rights movements/campaigns Collaborate and manage key relationships with state and national Human rights Institutions, Government and Ministers. Support the partners and activists for advocating with government and educational institutions for adoption of Anti-discrimination guidelines in schools and hostels. Conduct capacity building training and workshops for the partners and defenders including developing training manual, coordinate with participants, logistics etc. Ensure compliance to donor requirements ensuring financial management of the project and timely submission of financial reports and follow up on the suggested actions in coordination with the Finance officer. Collect and consolidate six monthly and annual narrative reports in compliance to donor requirements. Manage, coordinate and facilitate donor visits to Project Area Perform other duties as assigned in support of the work of the organization.
