Telecaller Responsibilities:Contact potential clients telephonically.Read the prepared script when pitching the company's products and services.Provide any information that the client requests.Redirect calls to the relevant department if necessary.Telecaller Requirements:A high school qualification or equivalent.Excellent verbal communication skills.Professional tone.Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Roles and Responsibilities Handle Incoming calls & enquires. Calling & addressing enquires. Maintain track of incoming enquires and the responses to the same. Connecting the calls to the required department and concern person to further address the query. Good communication & coordination skills Maintaining and updating complete data of the same.
