Handle Incoming calls & enquires.

Calling & addressing enquires.

Maintain track of incoming enquires and the responses to the same.

Connecting the calls to the required department and concern person to further address the query.

Good communication & coordination skills

Maintaining and updating complete data of the same.

Candidates having patience and empathy to deal with customers

Responsible for portraying the company image and also client conversion

The above role is preferred only for Work From Office

Dynamic candidate with good command of Spoken Hindi & Basic English to work as tele caller
