Record material inward, GRN and supporting warehouse documentation. Maintain commodity/lot-wise physical and system stock records. Record and reconcile inward and outward stock movements. Verify physical stock against system/warehouse records and flag variances. Coordinate with purchase and dispatch teams for stock movement accuracy. Prepare daily stock, purchase, sales and dispatch MIS. Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure timely closure/escalation. Plan and coordinate daily dispatches against confirmed sales orders. Working knowledge of e-way bill, LR/POD and basic Excel/ERP documentation. Highly organised, responsive and comfortable working under time pressure. Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
