Job Summary
We are looking for a confident Telemarketing Executive to generate leads and connect with potential clients for our customs clearance and freight forwarding services. The role involves cold calling, follow-ups, and fixing appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
· Make daily outbound calls to importers, exporters, and businesses
· Introduce company logistics and freight forwarding services
· Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
· Follow up with interested prospects
· Maintain call records and client data in Excel
· Achieve calling targets
Requirements
· Graduate in any field
· 1–2 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer calling
· Good English speaking skills
· Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calling
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
Preferred
· Experience in logistics, courier, shipping and calling
· Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
· Target-oriented mindset
