To support our export and logistics operations. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, transporters, shipping lines, and other service providers to ensure smooth and timely movement of export shipments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day export shipments from order confirmation to final dispatch.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, CHA/customs agents, and other logistics partners.

• Prepare and maintain export-related documents such as:

o Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill

o Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin

o Other shipment-related documents

• Follow up with freight forwarders and CHA for customs clearance and shipment documentation.

• Arrange transportation and coordinate pickup of goods from the warehouse/factory.

• Track shipments and provide regular updates on ETD, ETA, vessel details, and delivery status.

• Ensure export shipments are dispatched on time and as per customer requirements.
