Record material inward, GRN and supporting warehouse documentation. Maintain commodity/lot-wise physical and system stock records. Record and reconcile inward and outward stock movements. Prepare daily stock, purchase, sales and dispatch MIS. Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure timely closure/escalation. Plan and coordinate daily dispatches against confirmed sales orders. Coordinate vehicles, transporters, loading schedules and dispatch priorities. Prepare/check e-way bills, LR, delivery challan and dispatch documentation. Ensure invoice, quantity, vehicle and destination details match before dispatch. Maintain dispatch records and track deliveries and PODs. Follow up on delays, shortages, damages and delivery exceptions until closure. Coordinate closely with billing and stock teams for outward reconciliation. Act as backup for billing and stock activities when required. Desired Candidate Profile. 2-6 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, FMCG, commodity ordistribution operations. Working knowledge of e-way bill, LR/POD and basic Excel/ERP documentation. Highly organised, responsive and comfortable working under time pressure. Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.
