Position Summary:We are looking for a driven and dynamic Loan Officer responsible for sourcing, assessing, and processing loan applications for a variety of lending products including Personal Loans, Home Loans, Unsecured Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role involvesachieving monthly disbursement targets while maintaining high service quality and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Loan Sourcing Generate leads through direct sales, tele-calling, field visits, referrals, channel partners,DSAs, and digital sources. Promote and explain various lending products such as:o Personal Loanso Home Loanso Unsecured Business Loanso Loan Against Property (LAP) Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, real estate agents, andsmall business owners.2. Loan Processing & Customer Service Assist clients in completing the loan application and collect all required documentation. Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and risk assessments. Coordinate with internal teams (credit, legal, operations) for end-to-end loanprocessing. Ensure excellent customer service during and after loan disbursal.3. Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed assigned monthly loan disbursement targets. Track and report progress on loan applications and closures regularly. Implement strategies to increase conversion ratios and reduce turnaround time.4. Documentation & Compliance Ensure proper and timely collection of KYC documents, income proofs, and othernecessary paperwork. Adhere to company policies and RBI regulations while processing loan applications. Minimize fraud risks through proper due diligence.
