Monitor and review the performance of empanelled external advocates, ensure adherence to agreed scope and timelines, and support periodic audits of legal service providers. Regularly review RBI circulars, policies and key court judgments relevant to LAP enforcement and ensure internal processes and policies are aligned with such updates. Conduct Board, Committee, and General Meetings including agenda, notes, and minutes Review and interpret regulatory circulars, Master Directions, and notifications issued by RBI, MCA, and IBBI (where applicable), and support implementation of the required compliance actions.
