Asst. Manager (Legal and Compliance)

Vacancy for a position of an Asst. Manager (Legal and Compliance) with at least 3 years of Post Qualification Experience. Company Secretary + Lawyer with great drafting skills & has to be a team player and a quick learner. It is a dynamic position with a lot to offer in the fields of Commercial and Corporate Law. It shall really help if the candidate is well-versed with IBC. The work profile includes drafting and vetting documents, agreements, petitions and pleadings, research work, attending court proceedings, briefing senior advocates, and coordinating with advocates on record. Other than that, to support Secretarial functions like preparation of notice and agenda, minutes of meetings, filing of ROC forms and other routine compliance-related tasks.
