hiring now: qualified / semi-qualified company secretary | andheri east (seepz), mumbai

(flexible timings for females available)

🔹 company: renowned fine jewelry manufacturer

🔹 location: seepz, andheri east, mumbai

🔹 role: qualified / semi-qualified company secretary

🔹 work days: monday to saturday (2nd & 4th saturday off)

🔹 work timings: 8:30 am - 5:45 pm (flexible timings for females available)

🔹 salary range: ��8 - 15 lpa

🔹 key responsibilities:

📌 ensure all roc compliances are completed in a timely manner

📌 oversee and monitor gst, tds, labour laws, and factory act compliances; identify discrepancies if any

📌 take full control of compliance management and reporting from subordinates

🎯 ideal candidate:

�� qualified / semi-qualified company secretary with strong compliance knowledge

�� hands-on experience in statutory & regulatory filings

�� direct and indirect tax compliance knowledge is preferable

�� strong leadership and reporting skills
