Very strong interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of levels of personnel.e. Ability to collaborate & work in a team environment as well as independently.f. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.g. Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.h. Knowledge of Design, Bylaws, codes, and standards, relevant to interior fit-outs.i. Work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.j. Work well under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
