End-End IT/Non-IT Recruitment Understanding with Job Portals/Mailing & Other Social Media Understanding in Sourcing and only into IT Using job portals, databases, and social networking sites as sources to find profiles. Following up on the interview process status. Planning interviews and salary negotiations Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board Screen candidates resumes & job applications Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Maintaining recruiter reports daily. Ensure to Achieve his/her monthly/Quarterly POs Target.
