• end-end it/non-it recruitment

• understanding with job portals/mailing & other social media

• understanding in sourcing and only into it

• using job portals, databases, and social networking sites as sources to find profiles.

• following up on the interview process status.

• planning interviews and salary negotiations

• prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board

• screen candidates resumes & job applications

• act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

• maintaining recruiter reports daily.

• ensure to achieve his/her monthly/quarterly po’s target.
