• End-End IT/Non-IT Recruitment
• Understanding with Job Portals/Mailing & Other Social Media
• Understanding in Sourcing and only into IT
• Using job portals, databases, and social networking sites as sources to find profiles.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Planning interviews and salary negotiations
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
• Screen candidates resumes & job applications
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Maintaining recruiter reports daily.
• Ensure to Achieve his/her monthly/Quarterly PO’s Target.
