Job Details:-Position: Recruiter- US Staffing (US IT Recruitment ) Only for FemalesJob : work from homeJob Timings: 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Mon-Fri)- US Shift, Sat & Sun are fixed Off.Role & Responsibilities:-* Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.* Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc)* Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description* Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.* Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position.* Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidate s experience and requirement.* Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.* Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position.* Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant.* Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
