Job descriptionJr. Engineer IT and R&DLocation :- Multinational Company in BKC MumbaiJob SummaryResponsibilities and Duties To carry out maintenance effectively within the budget and adhering to cost control. Desktop Installation and Hardware Troubleshooting Office - Install, Email Configuration and Troubleshoot Windows Drivers Installation Basic LAN Troubleshooting Procurement of spares and maintain stock of critical spares. Troubleshoot and rectify General Maintenance related machine faults within reasonable time frame to ensure maximum availability of equipment's. Performs preventative maintenance per defined interval/schedule in a timely manner and maintain report. Assists in ensuring all required critical spare parts are identified, ordered and stocked. Understand and follow all workplace safety rules, such as safe work practices and standard operating procedures. Assist in updating of maintenance records like daily work handovers, maintenance check list, machines status report history reports and tickets etc. Undertake any training as required and ensure working knowledge is kept current. Responsible to help out during installation / development work. Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area Installation, managing and troubleshooting Windows Desktops. Installation and troubleshooting of Windows operating system issues.
