In this role, you will be the first point of contact forincoming IT requests, responsible for triaging, prioritizing, and dispatching tickets to the appropriatetechnical resources. You will not necessarily be fixing the technical issues yourself unless required;rather, you will ensure that every issue is tracked, routed efficiently, and resolved within our ServiceLevel Agreements (SLAs), all while providing exceptional communication to our users.
Awareness about hardware and software backup, Knowledge of firewall and security, Basic IT knowledge, Hardware and software knowledge. implementing database and network designs, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues throughout their organizations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems.Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software.
