Provide first-line technical support to end-users (both store and corporate staff) for hardware, software, and network-related issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, NVRs, and CCTV systems.
 Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime.
 Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues and assist with network installations and upgrades.
 Configure and maintain Wi-Fi networks across store and office locations.
 Collaborate with external vendors to escalate technical issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
 Track and manage inventory of IT hardware and software assets, including RFID scanners and thermal printers.
 Knowledge of RFID Configuration, Thermal & TSC Barcode printer Configuration
 Ensure the proper maintenance of all IT equipment, both hardware and software, across the organization.
 Provide on-call support and work during non-standard hours as needed to resolve critical issues.
 Act as a team player, collaborating effectively with the Head Office IT team to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues.
