responsibilities:
respond to product or service issues via phone/email/chat.
troubleshoot level 1 issues (login, access, connectivity, settings).
document tickets and escalate complex cases.
ensure resolution within slas.
requirements:
strong english communication.
basic understanding of networking, saas tools, crm systems.
knowledge of zendesk, freshdesk, or jira is a plus.
willingness to work night shifts.
