We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for our organization's desktop infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
3. Resolve technical issues remotely or on-site.
4. Configure and manage user accounts, email, and network settings.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory of hardware and software
