All related with IT, maintenance IT peripherals, stock maintain, continue follow up network connectivity and daily call report.

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up internal connectivity

..ERP connection follow up by ping test

..Internet connectivity by ping test

..Bandwidth speed checked

..VCPL Line checked

Performance Indicators:

Smooth Function of internet

smooth function of ERP and lease line

All Users network connectivity

..Wifi, switch checked

..PC is in share checked

..Cyberoam, router wifi extension checked

Smooth function of all users connectivity.

All user Data File Backup

Should have knowledge in Network Security, Firewall, DHCP, Data Encryption & Decryption
