ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Create processes underlining decision parameters, documentation required and operationalprocesses for education loans within a defined TAT. Candidate with minimum of 1 Year of experience in Banking Operations/customerservice/Helpdesk.PREFERRED SKILLS Experience with fintech/banks/NBFCs preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
