candidate should be well versed with kyc norms and policies/guidelines.
drive customer sales and service efficiency to achieve targets.
handling outbound sales and inbound calls from educational institute partners/cold calling
and others to explain and counsel to students for abroad education.
resolving customer issues/queries and complaints and providing end-to-end solution.
qualifications and education requirements
a degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management,
business analytics or operation management.
candidate with minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations/customer
service/helpdesk.
preferred skills
experience with fintech/banks/nbfcs preferred.
good communication and negotiation skills.
analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment
additional notes
understanding/experience of education lending industry would be a big plus.
