ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
— Create processes underlining decision parameters, documentation required and operational
processes for education loans within a defined TAT.
— Candidate should be well versed with KYC norms and policies/guidelines.
— Drive customer sales and service efficiency to achieve targets.
— Handling Outbound Sales and inbound calls from educational institute partners/Cold calling
and others to explain and counsel to student€™s for abroad education.
— Resolving customer issues/queries and complaints and providing end-to-end solution.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
— A degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management,
business analytics or operation management.
— Candidate with minimum of 1 Year of experience in Banking Operations/customer
service/Helpdesk.
PREFERRED SKILLS
— Experience with fintech/banks/NBFC€™s preferred.
— Good communication and negotiation skills.
— Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
— Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environment
ADDITIONAL NOTES
— Understanding/experience of education lending industry would be a big plus.
