1. Recruitment , training & performance appraisal .2. Computation of Monthly salary .4. Managing Audits & certifications of different government authority. (Fire,pollution, cgwa , metrological , weight & measure, etc.)5. Managing Security, surveillance department & housekeeping.6. Daily Coordination with all key departments of company (purchase,production , stores , Q.C , Q.A , IPQA, Dispatch , maintenance )7. Data entry & preparing various records with analysis.8. Managing monthly bill deposit of internet, electricity, water, mobiles, etc.

Typical duties for a HR Executive include:recruiting new staffmaking sure that staff get paid correctly and on timemanaging pensions and benefits administrationapproving job descriptions and advertisementslooking after the health, safety and welfare of all employeesorganising staff trainingmonitoring staff performance and attendanceadvising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and proceduresverifying that candidates have the right to work at the organisationadvising on disciplinary and employee performance problemsnegotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions and redundancy packages with staff and trade union representatives.
