Managing, Monitoring and liaising statutory compliance at all level involving liaison with external agencies, Govt. authorities & other social securities office i.e. Provident Fund/Employee State Insurance Corporation, Factory Act, Shop Act, Bonus Act and others labor act under the different regulatory Authorities.Execution Function Induction Programme, Training Activities.Execution Function - TS 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSASTraining 5S, Kaizen. Suggestion Scheme, Coordination & Motivation.Statutory & Legal ComplianceTime Office Function - Attendances, Mis report, leave record, incentives, overtime, deduction etc.Administration Coordination of Security, Transportation, Housekeeping, Canteen & Horticulture Activities.Launch up & Liaising Local Beaurocratic & Govt for new unit Factory Legal Setup (HSIIDC Approval, Factory License, Contract License, Building Cess Compliance, PF, ESI, Pollution and Fire NOC etc.Set-up the Greenfield Plant including HR systems, procedures and all HR related statutory approvalsHR Function Coordination with placements, Requisition, KRA, MIS HR Report, Morning Meeting.Training Set up training house, prepare & develop training programme for new joining team,Statutory & Legal Compliance along with Time Office and Administrative Activities.
