The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Analysis: Analyze job roles and tasks to document clear job requirements and objectives.Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored for non-IT positions.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize databases, social media platforms, employee referrals, and job fairs to identify potential candidates.Resume Screening: Review and shortlist resumes by matching relevant skills, experience, and role-specific keywords.Interviewing: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates technical knowledge, work experience, and soft skills.Reports & Analytics: Prepare and share recruitment reports and insights with the HR team and management.Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and compliance documentation.Hiring Updates: Collaborate with hiring managers and provide timely updates on recruitment progress.Skills & Qualifications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of various non-technical job functions and their hiring requirements.Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Job Position: HR Team LeaderLocation: Goregaon WestExperience: Minimum 5 years (with at least 2 years of team handling experience)Age: 28 - 32 yearsSalary: 40,000 - 45,000 per monthIndustry Preference: Non-IT (not from BPO or blue-collared recruitment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 5 - 10 recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.- Work extensively on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for sourcing and recruitment activities.- Act as the primary point of contact for client management understanding requirements, ensuring delivery, and maintaining strong relationships.- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection).- Achieve both team targets and contribute as an individual recruiter when required.- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure high productivity.- Prepare recruitment reports and share insights with management.- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring processes.Requirements:-Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years of team handling experience.- Must have managed a team of 5 - 10 recruiters.- Strong experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools.- Proven track record in client management and working on strict targets.- Experience in Non-IT recruitment (not from BPO or blue-collared hiring).- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.-Ability to balance team leadership and individual contribution.
