Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications. What You Have: Minimum 6 months of full life cycle recruitment in a recruiting/consulting environment- based in India. Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local Job Boards, Social Media, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates. Experience with an ATS (preferred).
