What Youll Do: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team (internal/client) to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization. Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications. What You Have: Minimum 6 months of full life cycle recruitment in a recruiting/consulting environment- based in India. Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using local Job Boards, Social Media, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with sourcing, engaging and activating passive candidates. Experience with an ATS (preferred).
