Building Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive experience for all involved. Tracking Metrics:Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and cost-per-hire, to identify areas for improvement. Staying Updated:Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
