The role consists of sourcing, screening and onboarding professional drivers to join our electric cab fleet.Key Responsibilities:Identify and attract qualified drivers through various channels such as online job portals, referrals and community outreach.Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments for evaluating driver candidates skills and qualifications.Utilize the leads provided by the company to contact and convert potential drivers into successful recruits.Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new drivers including paperwork, background checks and training.Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular hiring reports.Maintain strong relationships with existing drivers and foster a positive driver community.Market research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.Qualifications:Experience of 1 to 2 years in recruitment, preferably in driver hiring.Proficient in using computers, including MS Office and recruitment tools.Strong analytical skills to evaluate hiring metrics and improve processes.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.Familiarity with transportation industry standards is an advantage.
