 responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the us with contract /fulltime placements.

 develop action plans recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.

 must have clear understanding of benefits, compensation, usvisa/ employment types and terms like w2, full time, contract etc.

 analysing requirement from the clients accordingly identifying candidates on the basis of clinical/non-clinical requirements.

 strong in resume searching through traditional and non-traditional recruitment techniques. sourcing and recruiting candidates by using various portals.

 prime responsibility is sourcing suitable profiles of clinical professionals for multiple projects and assignments in the healthcare industry.

 good communication.

 experience in healthcare, pharma recruiting.

 training will be provided for freshers

 willing to work in est timings. (7:30pm - 4:30am)

 should have laptop/desktop to work with excellent wi-fi connection.
