Key Responsibilities Hiring & Talent Acquisition (70%)Manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles, including engineering, design, sales, and operationsScreen resumes, shortlist relevant candidates, and conduct first-round interviewsEvaluate candidates based on skills, attitude, mindset, and cultural fit, not just resumesMaintain a strong backup database of candidates for current and future hiring needsCoordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and communication with candidatesHandle offer rollout, salary discussions, and joining confirmationsEnsure reduced hiring risks by using structured screening and evaluation methodsSupport urgent and bulk hiring requirements for project-based and business-critical rolesThe HR Generalist is expected to take ownership of hiring quality, ensuring that wrong or mismatched hires are minimized.
