WT Technologies aims to digitize the event ecosystem by offering smart tools that help hosts, event planners, and guests manage celebrations seamlessly.Key responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, offer rollout, and joining. Handle complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth processes and documentation. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation. Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.). Drive performance management including appraisals, KPIs, and employee development. Manage employee engagement, culture building, and grievance handling. Handle exits including resignations, terminations, exit interviews, full & final settlements, and documentation. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs aligned with company growth. Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure smooth communication and operations.Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-3 years HR experienceStrong hiring & communication skillsKnowledge of HR operations & complianceAbility to manage end-to-end HR independentlyOther details:Working days-Mon to sat 6 days (All SAT full days working) NO ALTERNATIVE SAT OFFLocation-ONSITE WORK FROM OFFICE New York Tower near Thaltej Cross Road.
