We are looking for HR Executives to manage our client's companys recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our client's hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our client's company so that they hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

ResponsibilitiesThe HR Executive responsibilities include:Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.Mentor Human Resources staff and provide necessary counseling services as and when needed.Supervising employee recruitment, meetings, and terminations.Introducing and implementing the use of new technology in the HR department.Ensuring the application of the companys HR policies.Mandatory Skills and RequirementsExcellent knowledge of the HR cycle.Active listening skills.Ability to work as a part of a team.Organizational and management skills.Conflict-management and problem-solving abilities.Negotiation abilities in dealing with new recruits and payroll.Comfortable with the use of Microsoft Office applications.Preferred Education and QualificationsA diploma or certifications in relevant courses.Minimum 0 to 1 year of experience working as an HR executive
