Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters) and conduct new employee orientation and joining formalities.Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, administer HR policies, and assist in managing grievances and disciplinary matters.HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare accurate monthly inputs for payroll (attendance, leave, etc.).Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines and maintaining employee performance records.Exit Management: Handle employee separation processes, including exit interviews and final settlement calculations.Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.Experience: Typically 2-5 years of experience in an HR role.Skills: Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office Suite, strong knowledge of local labor laws, excellent communication, and a commitment to confidentiality.
