key responsibilities
recruitment & onboarding: manage the full cycle of talent acquisition (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters) and conduct new employee orientation and joining formalities.
employee relations: serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, administer hr policies, and assist in managing grievances and disciplinary matters.
hr administration & compliance: maintain accurate employee records in the hris, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare accurate monthly inputs for payroll (attendance, leave, etc.).
performance management: support the performance appraisal process by coordinating timelines and maintaining employee performance records.
exit management: handle employee separation processes, including exit interviews and final settlement calculations.
key requirements
education: bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.
experience: typically 2-5 years of experience in an hr role.
skills: proficiency with hris software and ms office suite, strong knowledge of local labor laws, excellent communication, and a commitment to confidentiality.
