In this role, you will help ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience.Key Responsibilities:- Greeting Guests: Welcome customers as they arrive, provide menus, and seat them at their tables to create a friendly atmosphere. - Taking Orders: Listen carefully to customers' orders and answer any questions they may have about the menu to ensure accuracy. - Serving Food and Drinks: Deliver the ordered food and beverages to tables promptly and make sure everything is to the guests' satisfaction. - Clearing Tables: Remove used dishes and utensils efficiently to keep the dining area clean and ready for the next guests. - Managing Payments: Process customer payments accurately and ensure they receive the correct change, making the checkout smooth. - Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the restaurant tidy by cleaning tables, chairs, and work areas regularly.Required Skills and Expectations:We seek candidates who are friendly and attentive to customers. You should have strong communication skills to interact well with guests and team members. A basic understanding of food safety practices is important. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow waiters. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is also required. Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory as we will provide training.
