Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipments.

Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule shipments and track delivery status.

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.

Handle import/export documentation and resolve any related issues or discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of all shipments and documentation for auditing purposes.

Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics partners to optimize expenses.

Address customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in documentation and shipping, preferably in the garments export industry.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and shipping software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is between 25,000 - 35,000 INR per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
