Handling Exports/Import inquiries received from Salespersons and overseas agents. . Sourcing and negotiating prices with Liners, overseas agents. Try to increase conversion rate by following up with Salesperson, Customers and Liners. Analysing the pricing data and look after the conversion rates on the given price levels. Following up with new as well as prospective customers received from salespersons. Negotiating with liners regarding free time and additional requirements from customer. Understanding the requirements as per INCO Terms, getting rates from the overseas agents, Shipping lines, co-loaders, Preparing daily reports based on the data provided through system and prepare the strategy to covert more enquiry into business. Making Long term contracts with Shipping Line/ overseas Agents . EDI, IGM, IAL,ICEGATE Looking after Overseas EXW, DAP, DDP, DDU, FOB, CIF enquires.

Daily dispatch as per order, create sales Order, Sales Invoice according customers requirement with sale & production dept, dealing with transporter, control all over dispatch operation. Making daily packing slip, dispatch report, manpower handling. Managing security of all stocks space management &, store management. Warehouse/store layouts with SOP for health and safety (EHS) and 5S. Daily MIS Preparation and share with management. Manage Local Purchasing.

Controlling Import/ Export procedures and documentations (PRE-POST SHIMENTS) Coordinating with CHA and Government bodies to clear the materials Handling foreign payments Coordinating with bank for opening Letter of credit / bank gaurentee/ tariff transferas per contract. . Coordinating with shipping lines for shipment payments and delivery orders. . Maintaining shipment details in the Excel Sheet and in Register . Work with existing suppliers to reduce cost /pricing. . Ability to correspond with the Overseas counterparts /shipper/consignees.. . Knowledge of Freight Forwarding. . Preparing daily reports & delivery schedule. . Awareness of Export Scheme. . Preparation of GST Invoices.

The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the Logistics Executive/ Logistics Coordinator are listed as follows: Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing Ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment or frequency Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations Responsible for utilizing logistics IT systems or software to optimize procedures Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction Responsible for maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
