We are hiring for sr. Accountant For sehani chungi ghaziabad Candidate should be good in accounting software and gst, TDS, rally bank reconciliation, payment followup, banking, payment, immediate joiner required

(1) The candidate with relevant work experience in International Trading Houses/ Export Manufacturing Houses, with 2-3 years experience in selling 100% cotton yarns and must have experience in handling the work independently.(2) Should have good knowledge and experience in International Trade, exports, sourcing the commercial procedures.(3) Should be well versed in Export Clearance procedures related routine formalities of export documentations, customs procedure, DGFT licenses, duty drawback etc. and have good information with relevant agencies.(4) Should coordinate with companys internal departments such as: Finance, Sourcing Sales as well as with Factories, CHA, Shipping Lines Government Departments also Handling Pre & Post Shipment Documentation.

Account Payable And Recievable: Stocktaking,verificationoffixedassetsandconductother internalauditworkas per requirement ofmanagement. Participated in process of finalization of financial statement like Bank and InterBranchReconciliationand Debtors creditorsReconciliationetc. Prepared/Analysed Cash Flow Statement. Resposible for makingpayment ofOceanFreight,Freightforwarders and AgencyCommission in compliance with GST andTDS. SettlementsagainstRA(RunningAccountBill),creditorsbill,IOU andadvanceagainst PO in Construction Company. Verification of Invoices and Other Payment requests. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and otherirregularitiesTaxation and Legal: Knowledge GST and TDS. Review terms and conditions of BG (Bank Guarantee) and prepare MIS.Logistics Dept. ToPrepareandMonitoringShipmentPlanandconduct shipmentstimely. Applying Online RC for registration of export contract of cottonyarn. Prepare PreandPost-shipmentdocsasperLetter of credit (LC). ApprovingdraftofLetterofCredit,BillofLanding,CertificateofOrigin,APTAand others docs as perrequirement. Co-ordinate with CHA / Forwarders for Arranging, stuffing containers, Vesselplanning and its connection. Prepare and controlling documents for claming to DGFT under SHIS, FMS,Export Incentive schemes, EPCG and DBBK schemes. Filling online rebate claims

Controlling Import/ Export procedures and documentations (PRE-POST SHIMENTS) Coordinating with CHA and Government bodies to clear the materials Handling foreign payments Coordinating with bank for opening Letter of credit / bank gaurentee/ tariff transferas per contract. . Coordinating with shipping lines for shipment payments and delivery orders. . Maintaining shipment details in the Excel Sheet and in Register . Work with existing suppliers to reduce cost /pricing. . Ability to correspond with the Overseas counterparts /shipper/consignees.. . Knowledge of Freight Forwarding. . Preparing daily reports & delivery schedule. . Awareness of Export Scheme. . Preparation of GST Invoices.
